Discipleship is the very heart of Jesus' ministry. He chose twelve men whom He would take under His wing and teach, share, and give the example of what it meant to be a Christian and to live the Christian life. He also showed them how each one of them could make a difference in the world for God's kingdom and how the y could go and disciple others.

At Grant Avenue we feel discipleship is a very important part of our church. Just as the "Great Commission" says to reach those who are lost, it also says that once they are saved we are to help them become disciples. Being a disciple means being a follower of Christ.

New Beginnings Ministry

This ministry provides encouragement and instruction to new Christians by offering training in the basics of the Christian life. The New Beginnings class will be offered three times a year (more if needed).
